Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will enter the processing phase, and we may no longer accommodate changes or cancellations. Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and results of Smooth Strands products, which is why we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the items after 14 days and within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or physical breakage. Issues like dented boxes or damaged packaging during transit are not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@smoothstrands.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate your claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement free of charge. Please note we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. Smooth Strands is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order, we cannot provide a resend or refund.
